Rachel Notley has too much Earth as
Talent, so Water-Wood serves as favor. Her early fortunes were Wood as favor,
so she was born in rich family, and she graduated from a law school. After
that, because 1(1) and 10(12) were strong Water-Wood fortunes, she was successful.
Her political success started 2008 when she was first elected to the
Legislative Assembly in the 2008 provincial election. Her 10(12) fortune also
started 2008. Then she won the election in 2015 and became the premier of
