Lui Lok was a Hong Kong policeman and a gang leader. He became notorious for his acts of corruption, and his deed inspired a few Hong Kong movies such as Lee Rock (1991). Lui Lok had a poor childhood. He jointed the police force in the 1940s and gradually reached to the highest rank of detectives. In the mean time, he also controls the gangs of Hong Kong, and known as the 'The Five-Hundred-Million-Dollar Inspector'. Hong Kong police started to investigate him in 1967, and Lui Lok had his early retirement in the next year. He eventually made an immigration to Canada in 1973, leaving a charge against him that could never apply. He died 2010.

Lui Lok’s life code is basically Metal vs Fire. Without the hour, we don’t know which side was stronger. Using retro deduction, his Fire was stronger and Metal served as favor. Metal fortunes are (9) and (10) and that was the time period he became successful as the 5 hundred-million-dollar inspector. 3(11) is Fire on Fire tomb as foe, so he was under investigation and he fled.

However, it was also explainable from the other side: that his Metal is stronger than Fire, Metal served as foe because he was corrupted in the Metal fortunes, and Fire served as favor for he successfully fled in the Fire fortune. But his death gave me the final conclusion. He died 2010 which was (3) year in the (3) fortune. (3) merged (11) to Fire and caused his death. That means Fire served as foe after all.
