Steve Kerr is an
NBA champion player as well as champion coach. In the previous blog about Pep
Guardiola, I wrote that he has too much Authority that needs to be controlled.
He used Talent to overcome Authority when he was a player; and he used Shield
to convert Authority when he was a coach. Because Talent vs. Authority is a sign
of defeating enemy; and Authority-Shield is an analytical mindset.
Kerr is a similar case. He has too much Metal as Authority. He was having Fire fortune when he was a player. Fire serves as Talent and Talent controls Authority. (7) is the peak of Fire. His (7) fortune was 1992 to 2002. We know that his highlight was with Chicago Bulls. Bulls signed him in 1993, he won 3 consecutive champion 1996 to 1999 along with Michael Jordan. After 2002, he left (7) fortune and entered (6). Although (6) is Fire, but it merges (10) to Metal as foe, so he retired right after that, in 2003.
