Claire L. Chennault was an U.S. major general who commanded the U.S. Army Air Forces in China and created the American Volunteer Group (AVG), best known as the Flying Tigers. Chennault had Metal (9) at command, but (9) was spin attacked by double Fire (6) and (7). In another word, although the command is the strongest code, it was still the weaker side. Hence, Metal served as favor.

As we learned before, if a person has command as favor, he / she will die in the 6th fortune when the fortune crushes the command. Chennault died in the (3) fortune, for (3) crushes (9). The actual year was 1958, it was a (11) year that merged (7) to Fire, and Fire overcomes Metal which was the favor. Metal represents lung, so the cause of death was lung cancer.

Claire L. Chennault had more than one birth years: 1890 and 1893. I don’t know too much about him so I cannot verify the authenticity. All I can say is, the 1893 date makes sense about his death.
