Vitalii Sediuk is a Ukrainian man. He has become known for assaulting a number of American celebrities at events such as film premieres and awards ceremonies.

So what makes a person acting weird? If you ask me, I will say: self-conflict. For example: Japan produces most of the WTF stuffs in the world, because Japanese have conflict in mind: part of their culture is very conservative, part of their culture is very open.
