Fred West was a British serial killer who committed at least 12 murders with his wife Rose West. He committed suicide prior to conviction.

In conclusion, Fred West spent the best time of his life on killing. He was able to kill successfully and not be found by police in the Fire fortunes because Fire served as favor. He was found soon after the Fire fortunes. What do you learn?
