The overall structure of Louis
XVI of France was: Authority being controlled too much, so the priority was to protect Authority. Louis XVI had Earth as
Authority, and Wood as Talent to rebel Authority. Wood was stronger because Louis
had no Fire to support Authority, but he had Water to support Talent. Besides,
(4) merged (8) to be Wood, that further strengthened Talent and weakened
Authority. In short, Louis XVI had Authority as favor; in another word, Wood and Water served as foe, Fire and Earth served as
favor.
In his
fortunes, we can see (11) was best, and Louis became King in 1774, the Earth (8)
year of the Earth (11) fortune. Louis XVI’s (1) fortune started 1789, and his
trouble began: the French revolution started in 1789. And he was executed January
1793. That was the (1) year of the (1) fortune. In fact, 1793 was a (2) year, but the start of
1793 was Feb 3rd. So January 21 of 1793 was still in a (1) year.
(1) was
fatal because it merged (9) and became Water as foe. (9) in the commander
position was neutral between Earth and Wood: It was Metal that overcome Wood,
but it also contained Water that supported Wood. Merging with (1), (9) was
turned to Water-Wood completely, so the balance was further broken, caused his
death. In the How to read signs article, I mentioned 1(11) can be seen as head.
1 successfully overcomes (11) is a sign of beheading.
