Akio Morita was a Japanese businessman and co-founder
of Sony. In 1946, the 25 years old Akio Morita started a company with Ibuka. The
company had about 20 employees and initial capital of ¥190,000. Morita's family
invested in the company during the early period and was the largest
shareholder. The company becomes Sony.
Morita had very strong Strength and Talent, which is
why he was proud, curious, innovational, believed there was nothing he couldn't achieve. Strength provided the power for the Talent to release.
The question is: which on was stronger. If the Strength was stronger, Talent
would serve as favor, and vice versa. Morita’s Strength looked very powerful
and had two columns, Talent had one column. However, (2) is Metal tomb, it can merge with (10) and (6) and become Metal as Talent. Once he had (10) in his hour column, his Talent would be stronger than Strength. Judging by his life experience, Morita was born in the (10) hour, and his Strength was not as strong as Talent. He needed to be
stronger to afford so much Talent. In another word, he needed Fire and Earth as
favor.
(5) is Earth and (6)(7)(8) are Fire, so Morita had 40
years of good time after 1944, which made his success. (9), (10) was Metal as
foe, so after 1984, he started to have serious health problem. 1993 was a (10)
year in the (9) fortune, he had a stroke and quitted his position from the
board of directors of Sony. He died in 1999, in the (10) fortune, (10) merged (2) and became Metal.
