Akio Morita was a Japanese businessman and co-founder of Sony. In 1946, the 25 years old Akio Morita started a company with Ibuka. The company had about 20 employees and initial capital of ¥190,000. Morita's family invested in the company during the early period and was the largest shareholder. The company becomes Sony.

Morita had very strong Strength and Talent, which is why he was proud, curious, innovational, believed there was nothing he couldn't achieve. Strength provided the power for the Talent to release.
