Jared Lee Loughner is an American mass murderer who killed six and injured 13 in an attempt to assassinate Arizona Representative Gabrielle Giffords in 2011. Cho Seung-Hui was a South Korean spree killer and mass murderer who killed 32 people and wounded 17 others armed with two semi-automatic pistols on April 16, 2007, at the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia.

Cho had super strong Water as Talent, so he had a rebellious and performative personality. Without the birth hour, it is unknown that if he had to yield to Talent.
