Andrew Cunanan was an American serial killer who murdered at least five people, including fashion designer Gianni Versace. Cunanan was a rich kid: he had his first credit card when he was younger than 10; he had his first sport car at 16; and he was sent to an elite school. At school, Cunanan was remembered as being bright and very talkative, testing with an I.Q. of 147.

When he was 19, his father deserted his family to avoid arrest for embezzlement. Cunanan lost his source of wealth, but he didn’t give up the pursuit of luxury, he visited high-class gay bars frequently and sold sex to wealthy older men in order to support his life style. When he was getting older, his financial supporter dumped him one by one and let him homeless. And he got drug addict and HIV. He started to kill people in 1997, he wasn’t a good serial killer, but he didn’t fit the profile of usual serial killer, that was why the police didn’t catch him: He didn’t target prostitute or students, he targeted wealthy men; he wasn’t careful but he was unpredictable. The killing eventually ended with his own suicide in a boat.

The biggest feature in Andrew Cunanan’s life code is the struggle between Metal and Wood. (9) and (10) are Metal, and Metal takes the command. (3) and (12) merged to Wood to balance it. The crush between (9) and (3) is the frontline of the battle. Obviously, Metal was stronger because (9) takes the command. So Water-Wood served as favor.

Cunanan’s childhood was great because (8) merged (12) to Wood as favor. His life turned bad when he was 19 and his father deserted because (7) is Fire that countered Water-Wood. Water suffered the most damage, and Water served as Money that represents father. His troubles began in the (7) fortune, and intensified suddenly in 1997. Because (6) fortune kicked in. (7) was bad, but (6) crushed with (12) directly, caused the totally collapse of the favor. (6) also merged with (10) to Metal, so it weakened the favor side and strengthened the foe side.

Andrew Cunanan was a smart kid because he had strong Talent. However, Talent vs. Authority structure determined that he was a rule breaker and a vanity fair creature. (12) used to be a media between Talent and Authority because Metal supported Water, and Water transferred power to Wood, which is why (12) was crucial.
