Eric Schmidt is an overall strong with Judge as favor. Although he has
both Judge and Gourmet as weakening character, but I mentioned Authority has
priority, when you have Authority that can’t be ignore, you have to decide
favor and foe base on the need of Authority. Eric Schmidt has Wood 2 as Judge, and
Wood has hidden root within (5) and (8) so it can’t be ignored. The structure
is: Authority being over controlled. In another word, Wood and Water serve him
as favor.
From (4) to (12), he spend 50 years in Water-Wood fortunes, which is why he is so successful. And we can clearly see his best fortune was 2(12). It was
2002 to 2012, and that was about the time he served as the CEO of Google (2001
to 2011). After 2012, Schmidt finished all his favor fortune, so he is already
going downhill. Can he make a return in the future? No. Because his future
fortunes are getting worse. Retirement is a good choice.
