Chen
Shui-bian is a retired Taiwanese politician and lawyer who served as President
of the Republic of China (Taiwan) from 2000 to 2008.
Chen
has triple Earth in the basal line as Shield, and triple 7 in the front line as
Strength. He is a very strong person; no doubt he can take Authority as favor. He
has Slaughter (Fire) in the front line, (3) and (11) merge to Fire as the root
of Slaughter. Authority serves as favor, and very strong, obviously this is a
life code of a successful politician.
Chen’s
favor fortune started 1989, because both (3) and (4) can merge with (11) and
increase the power of Fire. And he joined the Democratic Progressive Party in
1987. Because the fortune was great, his political career was great: he became
the mayor of Taipei in 1994, and the first president from Democratic
Progressive Party (DPP) and ended the Kuomintang's (KMT) more than fifty years
of continuous rule in Taiwan.
During
his second presidency term, Chen had a series of scandals centered on his wife
and son-in-law. In the Republic of China legislative election in 2008, Chen's
party suffered a clear defeat, and Chen subsequently resigned as party
chairman. No longer bearing the title of President, Chen
left the Presidential Office Building, his presidential immunity was removed. On
September 11, 2009, Chen received a life sentence and was fined NT$200 million
(US$6.13 million) for embezzlement, bribery and money laundering involving a
total of US$15 million (NT$490 million) in funds while in office from 2000 to
2008. Now he is still in prison and his sentence is reduced to 19 years.
In his
fortune, we can see clearly why Chen suffered a big failure: he has Fire as
favor, and 9(5) fortune which was Water on Water tomb since 2009. Strong Water
put Fire in control and stroke Chen to the bottom of his life. 9(5) fortune
will end 2019, and the following fortune (6) and (7) will be rich in Fire
again, so his senior fortunes will be superb. In conclusion: although Chen’s career seems like doomed already, his
fortune will come back. The time will be 2019. Coincidentally, the present
president of Taiwan is Tsai Ing-wen, and her life code shows that she will
suffer some misfortune in 2019. I wonder if it is related to Chen Shui-bian.
