The fortunes of Steve Jobs / introducing the Talent vs. Shield structure

In my blog, I will show you more about the structure faction’s opinions, because in my book, I was focus on the balancing-yielding principle.

People used structure theory earlier than balancing-yielding principle. In the past, fortune tellers mostly served powerful and rich people. Famous successful or unsuccessful people usually have structures with typical features. And that is how structure theory was developed. Common people’s life codes are usually messy, or half way here and half way there, it is hard to apply structures so we developed balancing-yielding principle which is more fundamental.

The two factions are actually the different routes to the same end, but I will show you the train of thought. Structure faction is about finding the mainstream of a life code, and applies it to the nearest mode. So you need to find the strongest element, and we build a structure base on it. For example, I decide the structure is based on Slaughter. First, is it control or yield? In another word, is the Slaughter strong enough that has no competition at all?  No, it is not the only force in this life code. OK, so we need to control it. The controlling force (Shield, Talent and Strength) and the force of Slaughter (Money and Authority), which one is stronger? In another word, is it too much control or not enough? Let’s say Slaughter is stronger, ok. According to the original life code, which one serves as the main favor to control Slaughter? Shield or Gourmet? Let’s say Shield does. If your favor, Shield, is powerful in your life code, and you have Shield fortunes for the majority of your life, congratulations, you will become an important people, probably in politics.

We learned about the Slaughter structure, those are pretty much all the variables. Let’s learn about Talent.

Talent vs. Shield is a typical structure. I actually mentioned this structure before. In http://hhftn.blogspot.ca/2016/01/is-hillary-clinton-going-to-be-next.html, I mentioned Bernie Sanders and Chris Christie are scholar type of person, because they have Talent vs. Shield structure.

When Talent serves as the base of the structure, we usually use Shield to balance. Why Talent vs. Shield is a standard combo? The most obvious reason: Talent is a weakening character. If you have too much Talent, you must need Shield and Strength. Wait, you can’t use Strength because it will support Talent that is already too strong. So Shield is the optimal choice.

Talent is being grown by the self code, which is why it represents children. It also represents anything created by the life owner, such as thought, products, words, invention, idea, performance… People who have Talent-Shield structure usually create intellectual products for living. They are usually writers, artists, teachers…

Osamu Tezuka was the “father of manga”. He created the majority of the genres and character-types we see in manga and anime today. Tezuka had strong Talent so Shield served his as favor. From 1(1) to 4(4), 40 years of Shield (Wood) fortune made him world-renowned as a pioneer in Japanese anime. 5(5) was the deadly foe for him because it was Earth sitting on Earth served him as Talent the foe. He died on 9 February 1989 because it was the 5(5) year in the 5(5) fortune.

People who have this structure are usually artists and scholars. Talent and Shield both represent thought, Talent is your imagination, Shield is your logical thinking. You know why Shield restrains Talent: for example people in love are fools because their imagination takes the best of them. To be a wise man, you need both imagination and rationality. There is an extreme example:

Steve Jobs was a pure idealist because he had Talent and Shield only, no Strength, no Money, no Authority. Both characters are about thinking, so artistic perfection is what he cared about.

With a Talent-Shield Structure, Talent and Shield counteracted and balanced with each other, whoever the weaker served as favor. Although Shield took the command, it had only one root while Talent had three different roots. So Jobs couldn’t survive when the root of Shield (3) was crushed by the sixth fortune (9). He was diagnosed with cancer in a (9) year which was 2004, and died on October 5, 2011 when he was entering the (9) fortune.

Talent and Shield are spiritual characters, so their goal is to seek of spiritual pleasure. Charles Sobhraj is a French serial killer of Vietnamese and Indian origin, who preyed on Western tourists throughout Southeast Asia during the 1970s. He is Nicknamed The Splitting Killer.

Sobhraj’s life code looked messy at the first glance, but actually very extreme: (1)(5)(9) construct a full merge and become Water as Talent, the other basal code (12) is also Talent. He has extremely strong Water as Talent, so he is super clever. Compare to wealth, he prefers fame.

This, as well as his cunning and cultured personality, made him a celebrity long before his release from prison. Sobhraj enjoyed the attention, charging large amounts of money for interviews and film rights. He has been the subject of four books and three documentaries. Sobhraj's return to India, where he was still eagerly sought by authorities, is believed to be the result of his yearning for attention and overconfidence in his own intellect.

In fact, because Sobhraj’s Talent is too strong, he actually yield to it, therefore, Shield served as foe. Sobhraj’s early fortunes were Fire-Earth that countered Water, so his childhood wasn’t good. In fact, his span of killings was 1974-1976, due to Shield served as foe. 9(9) and 10(10) fortunes were Metal-Water. During these two fortunes, he outsmarted the authority again and again, and made himself a celebrity. Water lost ground after 2002. (11) was Earth that served as the foe Shield. Sobhraj delivered oneself into Nepal’s authority in 2003. Before that, he was retired as a celebrity in Paris.
