I heard this name from a TED Talk, Strange Answers to the Psychopath Test, by Jon Ronson. According to the Jon Ronson, Albert Dunlap is an infamous entrepreneur sociopath. He has the symptom of grandiose sense of self-worth, manipulative, shallow affect, etc…

As far as I see, a sociopath should be different than normal people, but this guy is too typical to be a sociopath. There is nothing unusual about him, he just trying to win, because he has the typical Talent makes Money structure. He has two Moneys who are taking the commander position. Money is the gravity center of the life code. So material interest is what he focuses on, and all the other codes are coordinating: Money need to be grown by Talent, so he has the double 4 in the front line. Self code need to be strong to afford Talent and Money, his self code has a root (3).

This life code is very typical. There is no loitering code, all codes are parts of Talent makes Money structure. So what is Money? People with heavy Money are practical. They don’t care what it looks like, they care about the result. So what they want is to win.

Money represents success, which is why we see typical businessmen are usually bold, realistic, adventurous, but also vulgar and lack of spiritual pursuit, because those are the good and bad sides of Money.

Money represents success, because first, it is an aggressive mentality. Money is the self code overcomes the other code. It makes people confidence and adventurous because the self code is the attacker in the relation. Second, doing business is not about thinking. The most important thing is to keep on doing and focus on the goal. Money is a practical character; in another word Money people have low interest in the impractical things. They can’t get enough pleasure from virtue world such as reading or thinking, so they rely on more efficient ways to attain dopamine such as actually getting something done (which is why Money as foe makes people addictive to alcohol, drugs and sex). We say that money makes people shallow, but in fact, shallowness is the secret of success.

Are People with Money structure manipulative? Of course they are. “I overcome” means accomplish, control and manage. Money represents wealth, reward, possession, target, employee etc… in another word, things under your management or control.
